Core Drilling

Concrete core drilling is a relatively quiet and precise way of forming holes and openings through all types of base materials such as mass concrete, reinforced concrete, brick masonry and block work. This technique is typical of projects requiring holes drilled in concrete for handrails, pipes, conduits or vents.

Wall Sawing

The concrete wall saw is an efficient tool when cutting concrete, brick, block, stone or stucco walls. The wall sawing technique is used in building renovations to cut new door and window openings, and diamond wall sawing saves builders time and money. We have a range of wall saws including petrol, diesel, electric and hydraulic models which can be used to cut to a depth of 750mm per side.

Floor Sawing

Floor sawing or flat sawing is the most commonly used diamond cutting method and used to saw surfaces that are close to a horizontal plane. There are a number of different types of concrete saws and each one in our range has been designed to suit a particular concrete cutting job. We have diesel, petrol and electric concrete saws through to our high horsepower turbo diesel saws that will cut through heavily reinforced concrete to a depth of 550mm.

Hand Sawing

Arrow Concrete Cutting employ concrete sawing methods using a concrete hand saw that will cut up to 150mm depth or a hand held ring saw that will cut up to 260mm depth which is convenient for small odd jobs. The same method is available in hydraulic and electric equipment and is used on floor or wall cuts where there is limited ventilation. At Arrow Concrete Cutting, we use a portable concrete hand saw to precisely cut concrete piping to length, create chases for plumbing and electrical needs in concrete floors and walls, or cut to out window and door openings.

Road Sawing

The road saw or flat saw is most commonly used to cut expansion joints and in the restoration of roadways. The technique is the fastest way of removing sections of road while maintaining the structural integrity of the remaining slab. Our road saws cut through concrete slabs and asphalt with ease and the process is the most cost efficient in the industry. We have petrol and diesel saws that cut to a depth of 550mm and electric road saws cutting to 350mm in depth.
